My name is Kathleen Boe. I was born in Wales and I speak Welsh. I currently teach a year 2 class. We are based in a double demountable classroom - and we all enjoy having two classrooms and a cloakroom all to ourselves. We have lots of room to enjoy many varied activities, e.g. craft, practical maths and 'hands-on' science. We have two computers and an interactive whiteboard. We display some of our work in the cloakroom and both classrooms.

During lunchtimes on a Tuesday and Thursday, children from years 1-6 can come to one of our classrooms to learn to play the descant recorder. I teach these lessons and they are free of charge. The children learn to play hymns, songs and two/three part melodies.
